📋 Description

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to FSO personnel for highly complex equipment malfunctions, on-wafer issues, and performance enhancement programs • Use advanced troubleshooting methodologies to establish success criteria, develop action plans, analyze findings, and perform root cause analysis • Support FSO repair activities through escalation closure • Support multiple technical escalations with focus on time to resolution and quality • Attend customer field issue meetings with FSO and collaborate with BU engineers • Recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services • Publish technical lessons learned, troubleshooting guides, and technical papers • Provide on-site coaching to FSO personnel • Provide Alpha and Beta Site support • Support NPI development early in the product lifecycle and at key customer sites • Support BU Design for Service/Install projects • Create or collaborate on innovative advanced troubleshooting tools • Coach less-experienced colleagues and potentially lead small projects • Explain difficult or sensitive information, build consensus, and manage difficult situations in stressful environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field • Minimum 5 years of experience with Applied Materials Endura products • Minimum 5 years of semiconductor fab experience • Product specialization in MDP, MPKG, and ALD hardware and associated software and systems • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to handle stressful situations and effectively manage difficult problems • Familiarity with Microsoft Apps and internal tools such as SAP, VSPI, and ARK • English language proficiency, written and verbal • Willingness to travel; generally 25% of the time and potentially up to 50% • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day
