📋 Description

• Support and expand GitLab and other Engineering applications, including Confluence and CodeCollaborator • Work with internal customers on application issues • Participate in global infrastructure and development projects • Provide guidance on technical issues and processes to junior team members • Perform code and design reviews • Support the Engineering team in the U.S. during required working hours

🎯 Requirements

• BE / MTech degree (Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent technical degree) • Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience • 5+ years supporting and expanding GitLab, including Agile Planning, pipelines, CI/CD, administration of users and groups/projects, and familiarity with APIs • 3–5 years in front-line application support and customer interaction • 3–5 years Linux user experience; system administration experience is a plus • 5 years Jenkins administration experience • 5 years Kubernetes development experience • Programming and scripting experience using Python, Shell, REST API services, etc. • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki • Understanding of MySQL and PostgreSQL is a plus • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Self-managed and fast learner • Good verbal and written communication skills and good listening skills • Exceptional team player who works well in collaborative situations • Ability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, corresponding to India night shift
