📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support (L3) for engineering applications and platforms, resolving complex incidents and escalations • Administer applications, license servers, and the App Store • Support deployments, testing, upgrades, and maintenance • Create and maintain technical documentation and KBAs • Promote knowledge sharing and provide support to L1 and L2 teams • Ensure application security, compliance, performance, and reliability • Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders • Drive automation, continuous improvement, and service delivery excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience administering and supporting professional and engineering applications • Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex third-level (L3) incidents • Knowledge of software licensing, license servers, and application lifecycles • Experience with or knowledge of Autodesk Suite, Bentley Suite, Adobe Suite, and other engineering applications • Knowledge of ITSM, RemedyForce or similar platforms, ITIL, COBIT, security, compliance, and IT best practices • Experience creating technical documentation, KBAs, and knowledge management • Ability to work with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders • Advanced spoken English is required • Availability to work from any location in Brazil
