📋 Description

• Analyze scenarios, identifying inventory, capacity, and service level risks and opportunities, and propose alternatives to leadership • Lead planning and logistics areas, connecting demand, production capacity, and financial results • Manage regional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes across Commercial, Demand, Supply, Finance, and partner areas • Translate strategic guidelines, market scenarios, and operational constraints into feasible production, supply, capacity, and customer service plans • Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy and identify opportunities, risks, and strategic adjustment needs • Anticipate supply chain risks, constraints, and opportunities to optimize mix, volumes, customer service, inventory, and margin • Drive planning-process maturity through best practices, analytics, digital tools, and continuous improvement • Conduct trade-off analyses and present recommendations to leadership with ROI and risk assessments • Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in Brazil currently • Strong knowledge of Excel, ERP systems, BI, and data analysis tools • Solid experience in Supply Chain and Integrated Planning, including Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) • Experience managing complex operations and multiple units • Experience in demand planning • Ability to work in complex environments with strong cross-functional interaction • Demonstrated success in improving supply chain, operational performance, and cross-functional collaboration • Strategic vision and strong results orientation • Excellent communication and influence skills across different organizational levels • Advanced or fluent English and Spanish
