📋 Description

• Lead client-facing projects for customization and launch of Sales Performance Management solutions • Participate in all project stages, from pre-sales proposals through SDLC, implementation, support transition, and post-implementation • Develop project plans covering timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management • Manage project phases, scope, deliverables, budgets, risks, governance, change control, and escalations • Build relationships with client and internal stakeholders, including executives, product owners, and consulting teams • Track project progress and status through weekly internal and client meetings • Prepare and present project status summaries to clients, stakeholders, governance committees, and senior leadership • Maintain project documentation, artifacts, decisions, outcomes, storage, and retention • Negotiate and document scope changes and support change requests/orders • Resolve obstacles and conflicts and ensure delivery quality • Guide transition from completed projects to the internal support team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience (required) • Ability to travel the United States and LATAM (required, although no current plans to travel) • Professional fluency in Spanish, including the ability to lead executive-level meetings and produce written project documentation (required) • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management (required) • Minimum 3 years of technology implementation (SDLC) experience (required) • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred) • Master of Business Administration (MBA) (preferred) • Previous consulting experience (preferred) • Experience with Sales Performance Management software systems is considered an asset (preferred)
