📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of consulting professionals, providing guidance and support in their career development. • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, set goals, and ensure professional growth. • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous learning and innovation. • Oversee workload distribution, ensuring that projects are staffed appropriately and deadlines are met. • Ensure the quality of deliverables and services provided by the consulting team, ensuring they meet company standards and client expectations. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and team productivity. • Support the sales and business development process by identifying new opportunities within existing client accounts and assisting with proposals, RFPs, and presentations. • Collaborate with senior leadership to assist in defining the strategic direction for the EPM consulting practice and identify new service offerings. • Contribute to thought leadership by staying current with industry trends and best practices, and representing the company at conferences, webinars, and networking events.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. • 7+ years of experience architecting, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM Data Integrations solutions. • Strong proficiency in Oracle Hyperion EPM Suite (On-Premise and Cloud), including Data Exchange, Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE), SQL and Groovy scripting. Familiarity with Enterprise Data Management (EDM) is highly desirable. • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams in a consulting or professional services environment. • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices (PMP or similar certifications are a plus). • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and internal teams. • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights and solutions. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure. • Flexibility for travel.
