📋 Description

• Report directly to the Project Manager • Assist Project Managers with project scheduling activities involving the Gaea team and client staff • Identify process gaps in document and contract management and suggest process changes • Support multiple sites using the internal document management tool and set up document hierarchy structures • Administer the document and workflow management tool • Schedule using Primavera P6 and Unifier and prepare Excel reports • Support Project Management process development and reporting • Represent the organization and manage professional relationships with internal and external team members

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year in a project coordinator role or project management team or equivalent training in a related field • Prior experience with administration of a document management tool • Schedule management using Oracle Primavera P6, MS Project, Oracle Unifier or similar software • Ability to provide on-demand reports using Excel or similar software • Exceptional time management skills • Superior oral and written communication • Software experience/exposure to Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier, Primavera Contract Management, MS Project, Excel, and SAP • Understanding of construction management, project controls processes, and construction phases of project control management desired • BS or BA Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience in a project management-related field of study desired
