• Develop and maintain qualified talent pipelines for current and future project requirements • Source freelance contributors through job boards, social media, freelancer marketplaces, referrals, and sourcing databases • Build pipelines for AI data services including annotation, transcription, evaluation, search relevance, content moderation, data collection, and linguistic projects • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for project-specific hiring requirements • Identify and engage candidates with specialised skills, languages, demographics, or subject matter expertise • Monitor sourcing performance and recommend new channels • Support large-scale recruitment and workforce expansion initiatives • Screen and qualify candidates, review applications, assess suitability, and verify eligibility • Schedule assessments, qualification tests, and screening activities • Evaluate candidate skills and experience against project requirements • Manage candidate progression through sourcing and onboarding pipelines • Coordinate onboarding activities, documentation, contracts, compliance, and account creation • Guide contributors through onboarding platforms and project readiness processes • Maintain onboarding trackers and workforce readiness targets • Maintain accurate sourcing records, candidate data, ATS, CRM, workforce databases, vendor portals, and workforce management platforms • Produce sourcing and pipeline reports • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection standards, and operational requirements • Collaborate with Engagement, Project Management, and Operations teams on workforce supply, demand, availability, gaps, retention, and timelines • Support contributor reactivation initiatives and workforce planning discussions • Provide workforce market insights, sourcing forecasts, and recruitment recommendations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, workforce operations, or crowdsourcing environments • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels and platforms • Strong organisational and administrative skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously • Experience working with ATS, CRM, recruitment, or workforce management systems • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams • Preferred: Experience within AI data services, crowdsourcing, data annotation, BPO, or technology-enabled workforce environments • Preferred: Experience sourcing freelance, contingent, contractor, or global remote workforces • Preferred: Experience supporting multilingual or global sourcing initiatives • Preferred: Knowledge of workforce planning and capacity forecasting • Preferred: Advanced reporting and analytical skills
