📋 Description

• Coordinate operational changes and releases for all live service elements • Plan and coordinate resources and activities while maintaining version control • Maintain quality and minimise operational risk • Report Release and Change Management KPIs and ensure targets are met • Coordinate with DevSecOps Engineers and technical teams on deployments, automation improvements and release optimisation • Collaborate with project and operational teams on system change and release implementation • Assist with support model setup and transition of projects and new services into business-as-usual operations • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and third parties to ensure timely implementation and contractual fulfilment • Follow release and operational change activities throughout the full release and change lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent understanding and practical knowledge of ITIL service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event and Knowledge Management • Proficiency with IT service management tools as defined or agreed by the CA • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and configuration-management tools • Strong coordination and analytical skills • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a multicultural, multi-vendor operational environment • Ability to manage multiple high-priority or competing efforts and adapt to changing requirements, schedules and priorities • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations and/or IT service management and delivery • Experience working within ITIL-aligned frameworks and structured change and release management processes • ITIL Foundation or higher certification (or equivalent) • Agile or DevOps certification (nice to have) • Project management certification (nice to have)
