âą Ensure operational maintenance and continuity of the system after Entry into Operations âą Guarantee system stability, security and performance across all environments âą Provide second-level support by analysing and resolving incidents, problems and service requests according to defined service levels âą Perform corrective, adaptive, preventive and perfective maintenance activities âą Monitor system health and performance through observability tools âą Respond proactively to alerts and events âą Coordinate with DevSecOps Engineers on deployments, automation improvements and environment optimisation âą Collaborate with Database Administrators, Architects and the Contracting Authorityâs Operational teams âą Support configuration management and change control âą Participate in change and release management, including deployment readiness, rollback planning and validation testing âą Contribute to post-incident reviews and root-cause analyses âą Maintain operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge-base articles âą Support knowledge transfer and handover activities âą Provide operational support for middleware and integration components, including gateways, data transformation and messaging platforms, identity and access management systems, web servers and content-management platforms
âą Excellent understanding of ITIL service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event and Knowledge Management âą Proficiency with IT service management tools as defined or agreed by the Contracting Authority âą Experience with Linux/Unix environments, container orchestration platforms and observability stacks âą Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and configuration-management tools âą Knowledge of application runtime environments, APIs, middleware and integration technologies âą Knowledge of API management and gateway platforms âą Knowledge of event streaming and message-oriented middleware âą Knowledge of data transformation and mapping tools âą Knowledge of identity and access management solutions and authentication mechanisms including OAuth2, OIDC and SAML âą Knowledge of web infrastructure and content-management platforms âą Knowledge of mobile build and deployment pipelines âą Knowledge of database performance monitoring, backup and recovery coordination âą Familiarity with system hardening, patching and vulnerability remediation âą Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills âą Ability to communicate effectively and work in a multicultural, multi-vendor operational environment âą Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations or application/system support âą At least 2 years of experience in second-level (L2) support for large-scale, mission-critical systems âą Experience within ITIL-aligned frameworks and structured change and release-management processes âą ITIL Foundation or higher, Linux administration, container-orchestration or equivalent certification preferred âą Certifications are preferred, not required
