📋 Description

• Design, build and deploy AI agents end to end, from first specification to production • Ship early and iterate based on feedback from real users • Work with product, support and engineering stakeholders to turn loose problems into clear requirements • Own infrastructure and delivery paths, including infrastructure as code, CI/CD and deployment • Own live systems through monitoring, evaluations, cost management and failure handling • Introduce and spread best practices in agentic engineering • Use coding agents to define work, review outputs and make key decisions • Break work into verifiable pieces and run several agents in parallel • Use tests, CI and agent review to maintain quality • Improve systems after failures and package successful approaches as reusable team skills

🎯 Requirements

• Backend or full stack engineering background, with recent hands-on AI engineering experience • Track record of shipping agents and AI features to production with users who rely on them • Experience owning infrastructure as code (Terraform), CI/CD, deployment and monitoring • Cloud experience in AWS and/or Azure, including Kubernetes or ECS/Azure • Use of evals and data to assess agent readiness and production success • Strong Python or TypeScript skills, with experience building with LLM APIs and MCP • Experience with agent frameworks or SDKs, including knowing when not to use one • Coding agents are already the main way of building software • Ability to work independently, gather requirements from non-engineering stakeholders and provide specific answers • Advanced English, written and oral
