📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents end to end, from first specification to production • Ship early and iterate based on feedback from real users • Work with product, support, and engineering stakeholders to turn loosely defined problems into clear requirements • Build agents and AI features on the client’s Databricks data • Own shipped systems in production, including monitoring, evaluations, cost management, and failure handling • Bring in and spread best practices in agentic engineering • Use coding agents to define work, review generated output, and make key decisions • Break work into verifiable pieces and run multiple agents in parallel • Use tests, CI, and agent review to maintain quality • Improve the development setup after failures and package effective approaches as reusable team skills

🎯 Requirements

• Machine learning or AI engineering background • Track record of shipping agents and AI features to production with users who rely on them • Hands-on experience with Databricks, developing and managing batch and streaming pipelines • Cloud experience in Azure or AWS • Use of evals and data to determine agent readiness and measure live success • Strong Python, with experience building with LLM APIs and MCP • Experience with agent frameworks or SDKs, and knowing when not to use one • Already use coding agents as the main way of building software • Ability to work independently, gather requirements from non-engineering stakeholders, and provide specific answers • Advanced English, written and oral • Remote in LATAM with overlap from 9am–5pm US Eastern • Nice to have: CI/CD, Terraform, monitoring, complex-document processing with LLMs (OCR, extraction), MLOps tools such as MLflow, and logistics, transportation, or compliance background
