• Perform appliance servicing, break fix, and installations for gaming equipment • Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels for service requirements • Deliver customer service and resolve client concerns promptly • Conduct routine maintenance checks on gaming equipment • Collaborate with the technical team to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues • Maintain accurate service records and documentation for repairs and installations • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies • Train and support clients on equipment usage and maintenance • Participate in weekend on-call rotations for urgent service requests • Travel to client locations as needed to perform service tasks • Communicate with clients and internal teams to determine service needs • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client happiness
• Full New Zealand driver's license is strictly required • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service • Technical background in appliance servicing and installations is preferred • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Open to taking part in weekend on-call rotations • Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies
