📋 Description

• Configure the TLM, Accruals, and Leave of Absence modules • Convert and load TLM into UKG Ready formats • Handle employee demographic imports • Configure cost centers and pay calculations • Configure Accruals 1.0 and Accruals 2.0 • Configure schedules, activities, and shift premiums • Configure middleware • Create custom reports • Configure attendance points and rate tables

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on consulting experience with the UKG Ready TLM modules • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation) • Familiarity with data conversion software including EasyMorph, Able2Extract, and Middleware • Excellent communication and client-facing skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment • UKG Ready certification • Prior implementation or consulting experience
