📋 Description

• Administer and maintain infrastructures with strict availability requirements • Diagnose, resolve and analyze incidents (N2+ and N3) • Participate in migration and integration projects • Write technical documentation (DAT, DEX) • Provide analytical and design input on medium to complex architectures • Proactively propose improvements to enhance service quality • Internal advising and cross-functional activities: • Help quantify project effort • Advise both technical and non-technical stakeholders on IT system components • Translate functional requirements into technical architecture • Provide guidance or training on recurring tasks • Lead initiatives to industrialize, standardize and automate recurring operations • Ensure the IT performance for our clients • Recommend technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education (Master’s level / Bac+4/5) — engineering degree or equivalent • Minimum 5 years' experience in an IT services company (ESN), preferably in a managed services/outsourcing context • French: fluent (spoken) • Good command of English • Proficiency in the following environments: • Open Source: Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS, Apache, Postfix, OpenLDAP • Microsoft: Active Directory, File Servers, DNS, Windows • Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, vSphere, KVM, etc. • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes • Databases: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL (strongly appreciated) • Automation: Puppet, Chef or Ansible • Security: Fortinet firewall, proxy and reverse proxy, antivirus (Kaspersky, McAfee, Sophos, etc.) • Messaging: Microsoft Exchange and related messaging infrastructure components; Office 365 • Networking: Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking is required • Scripting: PowerShell, Bash/Shell, Python • Public Cloud: Knowledge of Azure, AWS or Google Cloud; AWS or Azure certifications are a plus
