📋 Description
• Monitor alerts and respond to incidents during on-call shifts • Execute established runbooks and operational procedures • Record actions taken and incidents in Jira • Identify incidents requiring escalation • Engage the Senior SRE when necessary • Automate repetitive operations-related tasks • Contribute to updating and improving runbooks • Monitor, maintain, and ensure the reliability of AWS infrastructure environments
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with AWS: EC2, VPC, Security Groups, Load Balancers, and S3 • Knowledge of Kubernetes and use of kubectl for basic pod troubleshooting • Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL • Experience with Bitbucket • Knowledge of Linux operating systems • Availability to participate in on-call and standby rotations • Education or certifications not specified
