📋 Description

• Deliver structured onboarding and role-based training to Virtual Assistants • Facilitate clear, organized, and standards-based training sessions • Align training content with ABS SOPs and operational processes • Reinforce ABS Non-Negotiables and core values during training • Refine training materials for clarity and effectiveness • Maintain alignment between training and current operational needs • Improve training structure, delivery, and evaluation methods • Identify performance gaps and provide targeted coaching • Support remediation plans and document assessments and feedback • Collaborate with Training & Development and cross-functional teams to improve training effectiveness • Eliminate redundant or low-impact training content • Ensure training supports operational realities and client expectations • Identify cost-efficiency opportunities without sacrificing quality or standards • Work with Subject Matter Experts and Team Leaders to align training with role expectations • Participate in scheduled training and alignment meetings • Standardize reusable training assets, including videos, templates, and assessments • Review VA training videos, simulations, and recorded submissions • Provide structured feedback on accuracy, professionalism, process adherence, and communication effectiveness • Identify behavioral or skills-based risk patterns and escalate concerns • Document feedback for coaching, remediation, or endorsement decisions • Research and evaluate external trainings, tools, certifications, and programs • Assess external resources for relevance, cost-effectiveness, and scalability • Recommend valuable external learning resources to leadership • Integrate applicable external training insights into ABS-owned curriculum

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical and deductive thinking • High attention to detail and process adherence • Ability to evaluate performance objectively • Comfort delivering corrective feedback • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience in training, teaching, or coaching preferred • Experience working in virtual or remote environments is a plus • Familiarity with structured training programs or learning management systems is a plus • Structured and organized in delivery • Consistent in enforcing standards • Calm and professional in providing feedback • Committed to maintaining quality and accountability • Focused on continuous improvement • Ability to work U.S. business hours on the graveyard shift in Philippine time • Complete application materials: Vocaroo introduction link, updated resume, device specifications screenshot, and internet speed test result
