📋 Description
• Deliver structured onboarding and role-based training to Virtual Assistants (VAs) • Teach, coach, evaluate performance, and reinforce ABS Non-Negotiables and core values • Design and develop training programs that align with ABS SOPs • Assist in refining training materials for clarity and effectiveness • Identify performance gaps and provide targeted coaching • Collaborate with Training & Development team and cross-functional departments to improve training effectiveness • Standardize reusable training assets to reduce retraining overhead • Review VA training videos and provide actionable feedback • Research and evaluate external training resources
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in training, teaching, or coaching (preferred) • Experience working in virtual or remote environments is a plus • Familiarity with structured training programs or learning management systems is a plus
