📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor in customer-facing situations to identify customer pain points and understand business and operational issues • Facilitate customer understanding of Manufacturing Supply Chain solution functionality, value creation, and business process improvement • Articulate overall solutions aligned with customer business and technology needs • Partner with account teams to develop account strategies and maximize solution usage and growth • Refine solution and vision messaging and develop presentation materials that lead clients to action • Lead or participate in customer consulting engagements, including demonstrations, workshops, value assessments, and technical seminars • Support pipeline development and sales execution for assigned accounts and opportunities • Develop commercial proposals • Respond to RFI/RFQ/RFP questionnaires • Achieve personal productivity, bookings, and Business Consulting-related targets • Challenge customers’ current ways of doing business to drive results

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering • 8–10 years of practical experience in consulting, technology, and/or industry • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in Manufacturing Supply Chain-related roles • Planning, Scheduling, and Blending expertise required • Strong business acumen • Ability to perform customer interviews, identify improvement opportunities, overcome resistance to change, and articulate customer value creation • Passion for cutting-edge technologies and aptitude to learn new skills • Ability to relate to customers, maintain good working relationships, and manage multiple priorities under pressure • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Fluent English speaking is required • Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, and/or related industry experience required • Experience using Planning and Scheduling solutions such as AspenTech PIMS, APS, MBO, Aspen Unified AUP, and AUS, or equivalent non-AspenTech solutions • Experience with batch processing and regulated industries is a plus, but not required
