📋 Description

• Own technical delivery at T-Innova, including the engineering team, code, release discipline and technical decisions • Lead, mentor and grow the engineering team, including hiring new engineers • Establish agentic development practices through specifications, agent-sized tasks, reviews and tests • Collaborate with product, professional services, support and the managing director • Turn agreed use cases into specifications and tested software using AI coding agents • Shape data models, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations and agentic product features • Build client-facing AI features such as assistants, smart search, forecasting and routine administrative automation • Own the health of the live platform, including Visual Basic 6, .NET Framework, PHP and SQL Server systems • Safely modify legacy code and reduce per-client maintenance burden • Plan client migrations from the existing system to the new cloud product • Introduce and own automated testing, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code and observability • Set standards for code review and releases, defining what must be proven before changes reach clients • Report technical status to the managing director and group technology leadership

🎯 Requirements

• At least eight years of professional software development • At least two years leading engineers or holding technical ownership of a production system that real clients depend on • Demonstrable production experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot agents • Ability to specify, steer and verify AI coding agents' work and help others work the same way • Hands-on experience building AI features into a real product, including LLM APIs, prompting, retrieval, evaluation and guardrails • Strong backend skills in at least one modern stack (.NET and C#, Python, Node.js, Go or similar) • Relational database experience, including SQL Server design, migrations and performance tuning • Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP • Experience with automated testing and CI/CD • Ability to safely change a mature codebase • Fluent written and spoken English • Ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-engineers • Proactive approach to identifying problems, proposing solutions and following through • Spanish strongly preferred; Catalan • Nice-to-have experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture and migrating on-premise clients to cloud • Nice-to-have infrastructure-as-code experience, such as Terraform or Bicep, and observability tooling • Nice-to-have Visual Basic 6, .NET Framework, PHP or Laravel, Windows Server and Remote Desktop Services experience • Nice-to-have Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration and familiarity with the EU AI Act • Nice-to-have payments, invoicing, Spanish regulatory requirements, Veri*Factu, GDPR and ENS • Nice-to-have sports, fitness, leisure or club management software, membership and booking systems, access control or IoT hardware
