📋 Description

• Work across the entire customer base as a product expert and technical resource • Unblock customers facing technical issues • Escalate and route conversations to other teams, particularly commercial conversations • Build, iterate on, and manage internal customer support and operations agents • Bring the customer-facing chat agent back online and own agent quality • Resolve escalated customer problems and improve agents to handle similar cases • File actionable bugs and feature requests with Engineering and Research • Translate customer feedback into product changes • Improve documentation and SDKs to address customer confusion

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (solutions engineering, technical support, developer relations, or software development); 1 year considered for someone with a strong solutions background • Proficiency in at least one programming language; Python preferred • Daily use of coding agents like Claude Code or Codex, with real projects shipped using them • Ability to manage context across long tasks and check agent output before it reaches a customer • Experience with REST APIs and ability to read and debug customer code • Strong written communication; most of the job happens in Slack • Ability to map customer use cases to the capabilities of the API
