📋 Description

• Report to the Manager, Supplier Support • Obtain declarations and other important information from non-responsive suppliers in clients’ supply chains • Communicate with suppliers via email, chat, and conference calls • Gather compliance information and assist with compliance requests • Confirm the quality of supplier-provided documents • Support top-tier suppliers in responding to compliance requests • Troubleshoot and help suppliers navigate compliance requests • Engage unresponsive suppliers through multichannel outreach, supplier education, and webinar invitations • Provide language support for internal translations, webinars, and prospect calls with the Sales team • Collaborate with the Program Success team on approaches for new customers, client campaigns, and supplier issues • Validate and ensure quality assurance for supplier compliance data • Act as a peer mentor to Supplier Support Agents as required

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, primarily in English • Proficiency in additional languages such as German may be required • Bachelor’s Degree/Higher diploma from a recognized learning institution • 1–2 years related work experience in administration, reporting, research and data, supplier/customer support, or call centres • Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities • Computer proficiency using MS Office Suite and Google Applications • Ability to proactively leverage software functions efficiently • Self-starter with excellent time management skills • Ability to adhere to assigned deadlines • Solutions-first attitude and self-motivation • Ability to proactively engage with suppliers through multiple channels • Ability to build productive and stable internal and external working relationships
