📋 Description

• Evaluate LCGA operational workflows to identify inefficiencies • Use established methodologies, continuous improvement frameworks, and industry best practices • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to document current processes • Create and maintain workflow documentation detailing both current and recommended states • Identify and prioritize high-impact improvement initiatives • Oversees the maintenance and optimization of LCGA’s business process systems • Gather, analyze and document system requirements • Execute comprehensive testing of system configurations • Provide technical assistance to underlying business needs from ambiguous requests • Diagnosing, investigating, and resolving issues in production and testing environments • Leads or supports LCGA-focused improvement projects • Conducts post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes
