📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and modern development practices • Build and integrate secure, reliable, and high-performance RESTful APIs • Design, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL databases and work with NoSQL solutions such as MongoDB and Redis • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and stability • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality features • Own features end-to-end, ensuring integration across components and teams • Develop fast, reliable, risk-based tests and validate cross-team integrations • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering standards • Contribute to architectural discussions, technical decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives • Participate in code reviews and help establish engineering best practices • Stay current with Ruby, JavaScript, and cloud technologies, recommending improvements and optimizations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails • Strong Ruby programming skills and experience developing scalable web applications • Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React.js, or Angular • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design, management, and optimization • Experience with PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL data storage solutions • Experience designing, developing, consuming, and integrating RESTful APIs • Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) • Familiarity with application debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization • Advanced English proficiency
