📋 Description

• Prüfung, Inspektion und Wartung von Dach, Türen und weiteren gebäudetechnischen Anlagen • Ausführung kleinerer Instandsetzungsarbeiten und technischer Projekte • Koordination, Begleitung und Kontrolle von Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen unter Beteiligung Dritter • Durchführung von Objektbegehungen zur Dokumentation des Zustands

🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. als Dachdecker, Metallbauer oder Elektrofachkraft (Elektroniker, Mechatroniker, Elektroinstallateur) • Idealerweise weitere handwerkliche Qualifizierungen • Freude an wechselnden Einsatzorten deutschlandweit • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und Einarbeitung in neue technische Gewerke • Höhentauglichkeit • Führerscheinklasse B • Serviceorientierung, Flexibilität, Teamgeist und ausgeprägte eigene Organisationsfähigkeit
