📋 Description

• Translate business goals into measurable ML goals, KPIs, and acceptance thresholds • Own the lifecycle from prototyping, including deep learning and GenAI, through deployment and monitoring • Develop and maintain observability dashboards and alerts tied to ML metrics and feature drift • Run and safeguard models in real time • Pilot new ML tools and frameworks and lead production integration where appropriate • Align product, infrastructure, legal, and UX teams on responsible ML • Clean, annotate, and preprocess datasets for supervised learning models • Implement simple machine learning models under guidance • Produce exploratory data analysis reports • Document model experiments in Jupyter notebooks • Write unit-tested ML scripts • Assist with data cleaning, feature engineering, model testing, deployment, data pipelines, documentation, and unit testing • Support data preparation and model training under guidance • Develop and maintain smaller AI modules such as anomaly detection • Collaborate across globally distributed teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field • 1–2 years in data science/ML roles • Hands-on experience with frameworks like scikit-learn or PyTorch • Python required; Java/C++ optional • SQL, Apps Script, and ServiceNow • Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and HuggingFace • Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, MLflow, Jupyter, and Postman • SQL, Pandas, and data APIs for data pipelines • Flask/FastAPI, CI/CD, REST APIs, and cloud functions for deployment • Strong analytical and debugging skills • Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions • Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders • Experience working under Agile or DevOps-based workflows • Ability to rapidly learn new AI concepts and tools • Ability to handle ambiguity and balance research with delivery • Ability to collaborate across globally distributed teams
