📋 Description

• - **Lead the technical design and development of AstroPay's platform.** • - Design scalable backend services and APIs for mission-critical financial products. • - **Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance Java code.** • - Drive architectural decisions with scalability, security, and reliability in mind. • - **Help define the product roadmap from a technical perspective, balancing business impact and engineering excellence.** • - Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical discussions. • - Continuously improve platform performance, resilience, and developer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• - Extensive **experience** **building backend systems with** **Java**. • - Experience designing distributed systems and scalable architectures. • - **Previous experience in Payments, Banking, Fintech**, or other highly transactional environments. • - Strong understanding of software architecture and system design. • - Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS. • - Product mindset with the ability to understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions. • - Strong communication skills in English (B2+).
