• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, including analysis, configuration, customization, and deployment • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions • Customize and develop Odoo modules to meet specific operational needs • Manage system integrations with third-party platforms and internal tools • Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization • Train internal teams and ensure user adoption across departments • Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and system architecture • Stay updated on Odoo releases, features, and best practices
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with ERP systems • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP • Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.) • Experience with Odoo development (Python, PostgreSQL, APIs) is highly preferred • Proven track record of successful ERP implementations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
