📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Management System (QMS). • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, policies, and procedures. • Develop and maintain the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and supporting quality documentation. • Monitor contract performance through established quality metrics and key performance indicators. • Prepare and submit required quality reports and performance documentation. • Conduct internal audits, inspections, and quality reviews. • Monitor corrective and preventive action programs and verify implementation and effectiveness. • Investigate nonconformances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions. • Track customer feedback and satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. • Coordinate quality-related activities with project management, operational personnel, and customer representatives. • Maintain records and documentation supporting contract compliance and audit readiness. • Support customer audits, inspections, assessments, and performance reviews. • Monitor subcontractor quality performance and compliance when applicable. • Provide quality-related guidance and training to project personnel. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or quality management roles supporting government, defense, international, or large-scale service contracts. • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing Quality Management Systems. • Experience supporting ISO 9001-compliant quality programs. • Experience conducting audits, inspections, and corrective action management. • Experience developing quality metrics, performance indicators, and reporting processes. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to develop technical reports, quality documentation, and process improvement plans. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and quality management reporting tools. • Ability to travel throughout Poland and other customer-designated locations as required.
