πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Management System (QMS). β€’ Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, policies, and procedures. β€’ Develop and maintain the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and supporting quality documentation. β€’ Monitor contract performance through established quality metrics and key performance indicators. β€’ Prepare and submit required quality reports and performance documentation. β€’ Conduct internal audits, inspections, and quality reviews. β€’ Monitor corrective and preventive action programs and verify implementation and effectiveness. β€’ Investigate nonconformances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions. β€’ Track customer feedback and satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. β€’ Coordinate quality-related activities with project management, operational personnel, and customer representatives. β€’ Maintain records and documentation supporting contract compliance and audit readiness. β€’ Support customer audits, inspections, assessments, and performance reviews. β€’ Monitor subcontractor quality performance and compliance when applicable. β€’ Provide quality-related guidance and training to project personnel. β€’ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational performance.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum five (5) years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or quality management roles supporting government, defense, international, or large-scale service contracts. β€’ Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing Quality Management Systems. β€’ Experience supporting ISO 9001-compliant quality programs. β€’ Experience conducting audits, inspections, and corrective action management. β€’ Experience developing quality metrics, performance indicators, and reporting processes. β€’ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. β€’ Ability to develop technical reports, quality documentation, and process improvement plans. β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and quality management reporting tools. β€’ Ability to travel throughout Poland and other customer-designated locations as required.
