📋 Description

• Collaborate with peers in Advisory Services • Partner with customers to solve business challenges • Identify and promote opportunities for service and product expansion • Cultivate deep industry and solution expertise • Create technical solution content and prescriptive guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience within SaaS companies • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles • Demonstrated expertise in one or more Atlassian solution areas • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Native-level or equivalent fluency in Japanese • Business-level proficiency in English or Korean
