📋 Description

• Answer customer questions by phone, chat and/or email • Solve problems and create positive customer experiences • Follow brand guidelines and quality standards • Log and update customer interactions in relevant systems • Work closely with the team to improve service delivery • Represent a global brand in a multilingual customer-support environment

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in French and good English • Solid C1, C2 or native level in the working language • Minimum B2 English • Strong communication and active listening skills • Problem-solving, can-do mindset • Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools • Patience, empathy and a positive attitude • Availability to work in shifts • Clean criminal record • Valid work permit or European passport • CV must be sent in English • Must be a resident of a country within the European Union
