📋 Description

• Responsible for designing, establishing, and continuously developing test automation strategies in complex enterprise environments • Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca as well as Playwright or Selenium • Plan, execute, and analyze automated test runs, including reporting and KPI-based evaluation • Ensure application testability and resolve automation challenges, such as stable object recognition and API testability • Develop modular, maintainable test cases based on model-based or keyword-driven approaches • Integrate test automation into existing toolchains and CI/CD pipelines, such as GitLab or Azure DevOps • Support the development of end-to-end testing approaches, including GUI, API, and data validation • Analyze and prioritize defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve them • Actively contribute to QA processes and best practices in test automation

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or university degree) specializing in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field • At least 3 years of professional experience in test automation • Strong hands-on experience with Tosca test case design, execution, and maintenance • Tosca Product Consultant certification is desirable • Experience with test data management and test framework design • Experience with load and performance testing • Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD environments, such as GitLab Pipelines • Experience with related scripting languages, such as Bash or PowerShell • Ideally, additional knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript • Experience with interfaces (REST, JSON, SOAP) and database queries (SQL) is an advantage • ISTQB Foundation Level certification • ISTQB Advanced Level certification is an advantage • Strong commitment to quality, with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work • Very good German skills (at least B2 level) • Very good English skills • Strong communication skills and experience working with international teams
