📋 Description

• Leverage product and behavioral analytics to continuously refine the new-user experience (NUX), onboarding flows, and activation milestones. • Define success metrics for each funnel stage and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative insights. • Own the end-to-end delivery of product features that drive activation, retention, and organic network effects. • Conduct cohort analyses, segmentation studies, and drop-off investigations to surface friction points and high-leverage growth levers. • Translate qualitative feedback (surveys, session recordings) into actionable product improvements. • Partner with Engineering and Design to scope and ship growth experiments with rigorous tracking. • Align with Marketing on landing page copy, paid acquisition tests, and email nurture campaigns. • Work with Customer Success to identify power-user behaviors and referral opportunities. • Rank growth opportunities by potential impact vs. effort. • Balance short-term lift experiments with longer-term platform enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Have 4+ years in growth, product, or founder-like roles at a PLG SaaS or consumer tech company. • Love zero-to-one problem-solving, move fast with high agency, and “disagree & commit” to unblock the team. • Proven track record of running high-velocity growth experiments and driving measurable lift in SaaS metrics. • Strong analytical skills: proficient with product analytics tools. • Deep understanding of funnel metrics and PLG best practices. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear hypotheses, share learnings, and influence stakeholders. • Experience in gaming or high-growth consumer applications is strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of user funnels, gamified product experiences, and data-driven growth.
