What it means: how likely this posting is sitting open without active hiring. How to read it: 60% or higher means we think this is a ghost. Lower scores are less of a worry. How we score it: age, reposts, open roles vs team size, how fast jobs close, and whether pay is listed.Fine print: an estimate from public data, not a judgment of the company. Real jobs can score high, so treat it as a hint, not a fact.

Atria AI is an AI-driven marketing platform (branded around the AI agent 'Raya') that helps agencies and brand owners create, launch, and optimize high-performing ad creatives on platforms like Meta and TikTok. It analyzes a brand's historical ad performance, competitor intel, and large datasets ($5B+ in ad spend) to generate data-backed creative briefs, ad copy/scripts, AI-generated images, auto-tag creatives, and one-click bulk uploads to ad platforms. Atria provides proactive monitoring and grading of ads, alerts when performance declines, and integrates with Slack. It targets both brands and agencies, offers strategic support and managed services, and positions itself as replacing tools like Motion, Foreplay, and ChatGPT by consolidating research, creative generation, launch, and analytics. It emphasizes increased creative velocity, higher ROAS, lower CPA, and time savings.
