📋 Description

• Build and own high-quality frontend experiences for Atria's AI Agent product, which demands relatively complex and forward-looking performance optimization and interaction design • Translate ambiguous product intent, AI capabilities, and product logic into clear interaction models and implementation plans • Drive end-to-end delivery from requirement clarification and solution design to implementation, launch, and iteration • Use AI-native development workflows to accelerate iteration and tackle complex problems • Operate with high ownership and independently carry complex, ambiguous projects through to delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency with Next.js, React, and TypeScript — our core stack, with high fluency expected • Solid experience with B2B frontend performance optimization, ideally on data-heavy or AI-driven products • Proven ability to leverage AI to solve complex problems and independently own entire projects • Strong product sense: not just executing tickets, but identifying problems, filling in gaps, and helping drive decisions • Good taste in interaction and product experience; able to create thoughtful and usable interfaces even without fully specified designs • Fluent spoken English (required) for cross-border collaboration, with clear technical and product communication
