• Coordinate with the company geotechnical team to plan and deliver site investigations according to project scope and technical requirements • Provide technical direction to field investigation teams, including borehole locations, in-situ testing, sampling requirements, and laboratory testing programmes • Review and validate field investigation records, borehole logs, laboratory test results, and geotechnical data • Interpret geotechnical and geological information to assess subsurface conditions, engineering properties, and geotechnical risks • Prepare and review Geotechnical Interpretative Reports, including engineering assessments, design parameters, geotechnical recommendations, and construction considerations • Liaise with project managers, designers, and other engineering disciplines to incorporate geotechnical findings into designs • Provide specialist geotechnical advice during project planning, design development, and technical reviews • Ensure investigations, interpretations, and reports comply with relevant standards, client requirements, and industry best practice • Undertake technical quality assurance and peer reviews of geotechnical deliverables before client submission • Mentor and provide technical guidance to the geotechnical team, promoting consistency, quality, and knowledge transfer
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university • Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field is desirable • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), Registered Professional Engineer (RPEQ/RPEV), or equivalent professional registration is preferred
