📋 Description

• Act as a functional subject matter expert for MSP clients • Resolve elevated support tickets, identify process bottlenecks, and propose tailored system optimizations • Design, configure, and implement NetSuite financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset Management, Advanced Revenue Management, Multi-Book, and Consolidated Financial Reporting • Conduct business process reviews with client finance leadership and translate business requirements into efficient NetSuite architecture • Build custom financial reports, Financial Report Builder layouts, Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, and executive dashboards • Collaborate with technical developers on functional specifications for financial integrations and custom SuiteScripts or workflows • Lead User Acceptance Testing, user training, and documentation creation • Assist clients with month-end and year-end close optimization, intercompany eliminations, currency revaluations, and audit trail compliance within NetSuite OneWorld environments

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of direct hands-on experience consulting on or administering NetSuite Financials (FSM) • MSP or multi-client consulting background strongly preferred • Deep knowledge of core financial accounting workflows, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Management • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent practical experience • NetSuite Financial User, NetSuite ERP Consultant, or NetSuite Administrator certification highly desirable • Advanced proficiency in Saved Searches, Financial Report Builder, CSV Data Imports, and functional Workflow design • Strong consultative mindset and client-facing presence • Ability to explain complex functional concepts to technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders • Experience with NetSuite OneWorld multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation • Familiarity with third-party NetSuite ecosystem SuiteApps, such as SuiteSync, Celigo, Tipalti, Avalara, and BlackLine • CPA license or formal accounting background
