📋 Description

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP applications and modules • Analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions • Develop custom Python backend logic, custom XML/QWeb views, and JavaScript frontend components • Integrate Odoo with third-party systems, APIs, and external databases • Perform database optimization, migration, and troubleshooting using PostgreSQL • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure system reliability and performance • Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and quality assurance teams • Document technical specifications, architecture designs, and customization processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with hands-on experience in Odoo module customization and development • Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS • Deep understanding of Odoo ORM, architecture, framework, and security models • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration • Experience with Odoo Enterprise edition and cloud deployment platforms (Odoo.sh, AWS, or Docker) is an advantage • Odoo Developer Certification is an advantage • Knowledge of core business processes including Accounting, Inventory, CRM, Sales, and HR modules is an advantage
