📋 Description

• Join a dynamic sales team at the intersection of inside sales and the automotive industry • Develop new business opportunities and acquire sales partners by phone • Convince sales partners with tailored product solutions and build long-term relationships • Actively shape the sales process with support and coaching from the Team Lead • Report regularly to the Team Lead and track KPIs together

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in telesales or door-to-door sales • Strong communication skills • Excellent active listening skills to manage customer expectations effectively • High level of self-motivation • Solution-oriented mindset • Enthusiasm for combining telephone sales with the automotive industry • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
