📋 Description

• Approve vehicle repair orders • Identify and assess damage to used vehicles • Handle customer complaints • Prepare cost estimates, including parts capture, using the logistics software • Ensure quality assurance and quality control of the data being evaluated • Provide technical support to partner workshops and in-house refurbishment centers • Optimize vehicle refurbishment and further develop processes and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Background in automotive repair or vehicle technology • Commercial or business administration training • Initial practical experience in an office or sales environment • Experience with cost estimation and damage assessment, or comparable tools • Structured, self-directed, and team-oriented working style • Very good command of German • Basic knowledge of English • Confident use of standard software applications, such as Microsoft Office • Flexible and quick to learn • Willingness to work at flexible locations
