📋 Description
• Serve as the go-to expert for corporate clients across chat, phone, and email • Gather valuable feedback from clients and communicate market insights • Keep clients informed about order status • Build genuine partnerships and customer loyalty • Make independent decisions on medium- and high-complexity matters with minimal supervisor involvement • Participate in working groups for new functionality development and testing • Collaborate with the marketing team on surveys, customer needs research, and proposal generation
🎯 Requirements
• Native Dutch speaker • English B1 • Strong knowledge of the company's business processes in customer service • Strong communication skills • At least 1 year of experience working with clients • Minimum knowledge of the automotive industry • Ability to use automobile spare parts catalogs (TecDoc) is a plus • Ability to use special technical sites for spare parts selection (e.g. partlink) is a plus
