📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding ongoing financing agreements and insurance policies • Work with borrowers to develop suitable solutions to repayment challenges • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, mail, and telephone • Respond to customer concerns competently, reliably, and with a strong service focus • Correspond with external service providers in the area of receivables management • Ensure smooth information flow with external partners • Work closely with upstream and downstream specialist departments • Efficiently route and process customer inquiries • Represent customer interests within the company • Contribute to improving processes and decisions from the customer’s perspective

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or business-related vocational training • At least 3 years of relevant experience in receivables management, customer service, or banking • Enjoy interacting with people and demonstrate a strong customer focus • High level of commitment, motivation, and reliability • Affinity for digital platforms and online environments • Strong communication skills and empathy • Very good written and spoken German • Calm and composed in challenging situations • Solution-oriented approach to work
