📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with customers and vendors • Maintain contract records, templates, approvals, renewals, and key obligation deadlines • Partner with legal, finance, sales, and operations on contract terms • Identify contractual risks and escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders • Support contract compliance and improve contracting processes across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial contract management • Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, with the ability to assess contractual risk • Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms, e-signature tools, and document management systems • Knowledge of contract law and compliance requirements, along with experience working with contract approval workflows • Experience partnering effectively with legal and business teams • Preferred: Education in business, legal studies, or paralegal studies • Preferred: Experience with biotech or manufacturing contracts • Preferred: Experience working in regulated environments • Preferred: Experience with HR contracts
