📋 Description

• Analyze, design, and implement complex hybrid identity architectures • Develop target architectures for Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments • Conduct technical assessments and architecture workshops • Design and operate MIM environments • Develop complex synchronization solutions between directory services • Design join, projection, and correlation logic, attribute mappings, transformation rules, and custom connectors • Resolve complex synchronization and data quality issues • Implement and optimize Entra Connect Sync, Entra Cloud Sync, PTA, PHS, Seamless SSO, and Federation Services • Integrate Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID • Plan and execute tenant-to-tenant migrations, AD consolidations, multi-forest transformations, and M&A/carve-out projects • Cleanse large identity data repositories • Develop identity integrations, extensions, and PowerShell- and C#-based tooling solutions • Automate operations, governance, and migration processes using modern APIs and cloud services • Lead workstreams and facilitate workshops • Create concepts and decision papers • Present results to C-level stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) • Deep understanding of the MIM synchronization engine, including the metaverse, connector space, management agents, join/projection/sync rules, attribute flows, identity correlation, data mapping, and transformation • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect Sync, Entra Cloud Sync, hybrid identity, LDAP, DNS, PKI/certificate infrastructures, Kerberos, and NTLM • In-depth knowledge of SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.0, SCIM 2.0, and WS-Federation • Practical experience with SSO, federation, AD FS, MFA, and Conditional Access • Experience with SQL Server, data analysis, and data modeling in an identity context • Excellent knowledge of PowerShell, C#, and .NET • Experience with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, XML, JSON, and Git • Strong consulting skills, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills • Strong analytical abilities and technical curiosity • Independent and structured approach to work • Customer focus and strong advisory skills • Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level) • Willingness to travel as agreed • Nice to have: Microsoft Entra ID Governance, Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, Lifecycle Workflows, IGA, RBAC, PIM, zero-trust architectures, PAM, identity security, One Identity Manager, SailPoint IdentityIQ, Saviynt, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, Terraform, Bicep, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions
