📋 Description
• Provide tactical and strategic support for the Avantor operations in Czechia, Romania, Hungary and Slovakia • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to create Safe System of Work (SSoW) • Develop a collaborative safety culture promoting safety as a personal value • Lead and develop topics in accordance with EHSSS&S organization • Identify and mitigate Serious Incident and Fatality hazards • Maintain an up-to-date legal register specific to the site operations • Manage incident investigations supporting root cause analysis • Develop, audit, maintain and coordinate local responsibilities relating to ISO 14001 & 45001 certification • Collaborate with support functions on change management and process safety analysis • Support and deliver on project activities functioning as SME for EHSS&S
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant senior professional qualifications in sciences, occupational safety or related fields (> level 6 or equivalent) • A relevant environmental qualification • Lead auditor training (ISO 14001 and 45001) • Significant demonstratable experience within a global organisation in a multi geographic role • Languages: Hungarian or Czech fluent, English (C1) • Preferred: ATEX 137, Ergonomics specialisation
