• Lead the end-to-end quality audit lifecycle across Laboratory & Production Services sites in Europe • Design, implement, and maintain quality process audits • Evaluate process effectiveness, compliance, KPIs, and SLAs through audits • Develop audit documentation, reporting standards, and quality validation processes • Support Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma implementation and verification • Facilitate audit reviews, discovery sessions, and improvement workshops • Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve productivity, consistency, and customer service • Benchmark services against best-in-class practices and drive process standardisation • Develop and monitor corrective actions and improvement plans with site leadership • Collaborate with the Business Analytics & Metrics team on audit and KPI reporting frameworks • Validate audit findings and KPI data against customer Scope of Work requirements • Analyse operational and audit data and translate findings into recommendations • Track audit plans, deliverables, and continuous improvement programmes • Contribute to RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses • Provide quality expertise during new customer implementations • Support talent assessment and selection for large-scale LPS engagements • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop innovative service solutions and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, Operations, or a related technical discipline preferred • Experience within Quality Management, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Auditing, or Continuous Improvement environments • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, quality systems, and process improvement methodologies • Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities • Ability to build strong relationships across geographically dispersed teams • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for process quality • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Willingness to travel across customer locations in Europe (up to 25%)
