📋 Description

• Develop the Test Plan and Test Strategy together with the team, taking into account the deliverables defined in software development projects • Analyze and validate business requirements, ensuring the proper application of testing principles and techniques • Create, document, and maintain test cases using the BDD standard • Execute manual tests, ensuring the necessary evidence is collected and documented • Log, track, and support the resolution of defects and failures identified during testing activities • Monitor quality assurance policies, processes, and procedures • Identify root causes of issues, propose solutions, and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, contributing to the optimization of QA processes • Collect and analyze data to assess the performance and quality of developed products • Prepare quality reports and metrics covering defects, test coverage, risks, and results • Use test automation tools to optimize effort and increase the efficiency of validation processes

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) • Strong command of software testing principles, techniques, and strategies • In-depth knowledge of different software testing types and levels • Experience analyzing requirements and validating software specifications described in user stories • Strong command of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) for creating and updating functional and non-functional test cases • Experience performing manual testing of REST and SOAP APIs using Postman • Experience performing manual tests on mobile applications • Proficiency with test and activity management and tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Mantis • Experience working with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban • Experience preparing status reports and monitoring quality metrics • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and its applications in Software Quality Assurance • Certifications in Software Quality Assurance • Knowledge of Robot Framework and Python • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Ruby, or similar • Experience with automated testing of REST and SOAP APIs • Experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Robot Framework, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Requests/RestAssured, Sikuli, Espresso, or XCUITest • Proficiency in Git version control • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Proactive and responsible approach • Strong communication skills and continuous collaboration with the team • Analytical, detail-oriented, and observant profile • Strong organizational and planning skills • Focus on deliverables, results, and meeting deadlines • Dynamic and adaptable
