📋 Description

• Post and verify incoming and outgoing tax invoices in SAP • Validate taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, etc.) in accordance with current legislation • Classify tax documents and support accounting reconciliations • Resolve discrepancies involving master data, CFOP, NCM, and tax rates • Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to make invoice adjustments • Support tax and accounting closing activities • Suggest improvements to SAP processes and configurations • Work accurately and securely across tax and accounting processes

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience posting and verifying tax invoices in SAP (MM and/or FI modules) • Practical knowledge of indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS) and CFOP • Experience with mid-level tax and accounting activities • Advanced Excel skills for analyses and verification • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset • Availability to work 100% remotely during business hours • Experience in medium-sized or large companies or shared services environments • Knowledge of SPED, ancillary tax obligations, and state tax legislation • Experience with tax process automation (RPA, integrations, bots) • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) • English or Spanish proficiency for reading documents and working with systems (preferred)
