📋 Description

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including: customer and partner agreements; cloud and SaaS transactions; professional services agreements; procurement agreements; confidentiality agreements; technology and outsourcing arrangements • Provide practical legal guidance to sales, services, finance, HR and operational stakeholders • Support strategic customer negotiations and executive-level commercial discussions • Advise on contract interpretation, risk allocation and dispute avoidance • Coordinate board meetings, shareholder resolutions and corporate approvals • Support legal entity restructurings, recapitalizations, liquidations and other corporate transactions • Advise on telecommunications, technology, privacy, cybersecurity and digital regulations • Manage disputes, litigation and pre-litigation matters with external counsel

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction • Minimum 7-10 years of post-qualification legal experience in a leading law firm and/or multinational in-house legal department • Significant experience supporting international commercial transactions • Experience managing legal matters across multiple jurisdictions • Strong understanding of corporate governance and legal entity management • Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced multinational environment • Strong commercial judgment and pragmatic problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones • Experience supporting Middle East and African jurisdictions is preferred • Additional language skills (Arabic, French or another major regional language) would be advantageous
