📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers • Handle questions about orders, returns, products, and the overall shopping experience • Manage inbound calls and written customer communication via email and chat in Dutch • Process orders and returns and respond to general customer inquiries • Provide product information and shopping advice • Accurately document each case in the CRM system • Collaborate closely with the team and Team Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in customer service—ideally in an e-commerce, fashion, or contact center environment • Native-level Dutch, both written and spoken—required • Good English skills for internal communication and training • Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction • Self-motivation and discipline for independent remote work • Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace • Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital systems • Previous call center experience is a plus • Freelance collaboration (not an employment contract)
