• Take overall responsibility for the shift across all production plants • Work closely with each production plant to ensure production operations execute smoothly according to set plans and meet quality, compliance, and customer requirements • Monitor production operations in all plants • Drive shift teams to achieve shift production targets • Manage people and resolve priority requirements to meet customer delivery commitments • Coordinate with relevant divisional heads regarding priorities and focus areas • Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments to ensure smooth production processes • Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance during production operations • Allocate resources across production plants to achieve desired outputs and delivery commitments • Ensure targeted outputs are consistently achieved according to set plans • Ensure quality systems, compliance requirements, and relevant SOPs are followed • Take corrective and preventive actions when required • Identify issues and suggest improvements to reduce rejects and waste • Engage, motivate, and guide shop floor teams to drive higher performance
• A degree in Production/Manufacturing Engineering/NDT or equivalent • At least 5 years experience in the field of manufacturing/operations • Very good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills • Demonstrated success in people management to drive performance • Sound knowledge, skills, and exposure in quality and productivity improvement tools and techniques
